The Alcohol Education Trust is a small focused charity which operates from our new office here on The Great Field, across the UK to keep young people safe around alcohol. We are a leading early intervention charity that supports young people age 11- 25 in making more informed life choices through the 4,500 schools and youth organisations we support free of charge with our award-winning resources and training. You can learn more via: alcoholeducationtrust.org and talkaboutalcohol.com
Until now, the charity has operated from a garden garage, but thanks to the wonderful support of individuals, companies and funders we have been able to raise the funds to build Pavilion in the Park ( PiP) providing an office for our staff, a community room for meetings and groups, pubic looks for park users and a café!
We are so grateful to the wonderful individuals, companies and funders who have made PiPs possible. https://alcoholeducationtrust.org/pavilion-in-the-park-funding/

Sustainability
Pavilion in the Park ( PiP) is very eco-friendly with 16 solar panels, a Tesla battery and air source heating. In addition it has been built using reclaimed roof tiles, paving, pallets and scaffolding boards – even the carpet tiles and desks are ‘preloved’!
We are as single use plastic as possible and only use fully bio degradable take away packaging and as much of our food as is possible is local too, cutting down on food waste and miles.
